Optimization Pack Support
My optimization pack isn’t working

First, make sure:

You downloaded the correct pack.
You followed the included instructions.
Your Windows version is supported.
You restarted your PC if the instructions recommend doing so.
You haven’t combined conflicting tweaks from multiple optimization tools.
You created a backup or restore point before making major changes.

If the issue continues, contact us with your system specifications and details about the problem.

I want to undo the tweaks

If the optimization pack includes a restore, undo, or backup option, use that option first.

If Windows System Restore or another backup was created before applying the changes, you may also use the appropriate recovery method.

If you’re unsure what a particular tweak changed, contact support before making additional changes.

The optimization reduced my performance

Optimization results vary between systems.

A tweak that benefits one PC may provide no benefit or even negatively affect another configuration.

If this happens, restore the previous settings where possible and contact us with:
